The site is to be avoided as it is a scam.
There is no way of cancelling membership without contacting billing by e mail and payments are charged on a recurring basis without authorisation.
When I queried this the staff advised that it was a recurring payment but there is no recurring payment facility on the site.
Most of the profiles are maintained by the site staff, I worked this out as most of the responses received only contained one word generally "hi" and there is never a follow up response if you reply.
Only a small proportion of the female profiles are actually real people.
The site does not even allow you to delete your profile.

In summary, I would not recommend Cebuanas to a friend.

Ok, so, as a non memeber, for 3 weeks I got about 100 emails and smiles per day, everyday. sounds great right? So, I ended up trying the site, paid my $25 and guess what? no more smiles, no more emails!
This is a scam site, what do they do? They send you fake emails to get you in, thats what they do!
A big rip off site! The profiles are almost all fake, glad I only paid the 1 moth to try it out, worst site ever!

In summary, I would not recommend Cebuanas to a friend.

I signed up for this site and used it for a month or so. When I wanted to cancel, I was unable to find any options on their website that allowed me to cancel and they did not respond to my email. Unfortunately, I am now trying to get my money back through the credit card company. Cebuanas.com will keep charging you until you fight back!!

In summary, I would not recommend Cebuanas to a friend.
